Here are some of my doodles from over the years. I kept a cartoon website during the early years after I left the Hasidic community at oyveycartoons, but I’ve merged most of that content into this site (too much upkeep, all my blogs!) At the time, I often paired my cartoons with essays.

I haven’t been doodling recently, except for an illustrated story which will appear in the forthcoming collection ‘Off the Derech’. (I will post to this blog to let you know when it’s out.) I would love to do more illustrations but I am too inexperienced and it just takes too long. I might collaborate with other artists to get the image in my head on to paper, if the opportunity presents itself.

Please forgive my primitive drawings. I really have just the will, not there yet with the skill!
